🎯 Requirements

4+ years MSP or Tier 2/3 support.
Strong Windows server maintenance and remote management.
Near-native English; precise spelling.
Process-oriented; follows complex procedures.
RMM tools (N-able) and Halo PSA experience.
Nice-to-have: ITGlue or similar documentation.
