- Hands-on with Cisco, Arista, HP, Palo Alto, Viptela.
- Routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, and network security concepts.
- Cisco Wireless: WLCs, APs, CAPWAP/LWAPP.
- Wireless security: WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+.
- Monitoring tools: Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, PRTG.
- Windows Server and Linux; ITIL/ITSM familiarity; strong troubleshooting.
