🎯 Requirements

- At least 5 years in L&D, program management, HR strategy in distributed/tech-enabled org.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with strategy, timelines, execution.
- Ability to treat employee experience as a product; apply product mgmt and design thinking.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP, AI tools, automation to improve productivity.
- Executive presence with senior stakeholders; ability to influence priorities.
