L&D Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling, setup, and communications for trainings.
• Build and format training materials and libraries.
• Administer Sana Learning: upload content and enrollments.
• Track program data: attendance, surveys, completion rates.
• Support calibration cycles: scheduling, comms, notes, changes.
• Design and facilitate retrospectives with HRBPs and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• At least one HR internship or hands-on experience in a people-facing environment.
• Sharp organizational skills; you don't drop balls.
• Clear, direct communicator in writing and in person.
• Genuinely curious about AI; eager to use it to build better processes.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and asking good questions.
