🎯 Requirements
- You are verbally fluent in English and can write clearly to support customers.
- You have previous experience in KYC or AML.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You care about providing a great customer experience while staying calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders at all levels on product and compliance.
- Prior experience using Zendesk or Looker is preferred, but not essential.
