Review applicant information and documents using internal and external policies/tools.
Approve, decline, or request additional information to facilitate reconsideration.
Conduct Video KYC as part of the customer onboarding process.
Perform periodic KYC reviews for existing customers; analyze patterns.
Proactively escalate issues and propose solutions to enhance customer experience.
Assist the Supervisor/Team Leader with case investigations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Experience in payments or risk management
Familiarity with India KYC review
Proficiency in English; Hindi a plus
1.5-2 years of KYC experience; grads welcome
Strong communication and analytical skills
