Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance.
Be the POC for business escalations, provide insights/progress updates on the cases and resolve the case in a fast and accurate manner.
Identify potential issues/opportunities from the daily work and escalate to manager for further follow-up.
Assist and engage in additional projects/tasks assigned.
Oversee SLAs to ensure alignment with team and business goals.
Maintain strict adherence to both local and global KYC standards and procedures

🎯 Requirements

Strong customer-centric mindset.
Good oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English.
Quick learner with strong adaptability.
KYC knowledge will be a plus.
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Able to work under pressure with time constraint.
