Identify high-risk clients due to red flags or risk triggers.
Resolve day-to-day issues in the CDD process; escalate complex challenges.
Complete allocated tasks with focus and timeliness.
Communicate task status and escalate problems swiftly as needed.

🎯 Requirements

University degree.
Proven experience in a KYC role in business onboarding.
Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Suite.
