Lead and manage daily KYC operations including identity verification and fraud monitoring
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements while aligning with global company policies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams to manage process improvements
Serve as primary contact for KYC and AML operational escalations
Analyze KYC trends and fraud risks and recommend preventive measures
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior KYC analysts, fostering compliance

🎯 Requirements

University graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or fraud operations
Good character with high integrity and professionalism
Strong leadership skills to manage a team with minimal supervision
Prior experience in global vs local compliance is an advantage; crypto knowledge preferred
