🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Support/KYC/KYB/Onboarding/Compliance.
- Knowledge of local laws/regulations and crypto policy trends is a plus.
- Proficient in risk assessments, trigger reviews, due diligence.
- Proficient with World-Check, Liquid, Kodex.
- Strong ownership of end-to-end onboarding process.
- English and Japanese fluency required; other languages a plus.
