Position

Kueski is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to define and drive the measurement strategy across our product ecosystem, ensuring data is instrumented, interpreted, and applied correctly for strategy, cross-functional communication, and continuous product improvement.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Product to build a strong culture around instrumentation, analytics, insights, and experimentation in support of short-, mid-, and long-term business goals. You will set the product analytics strategy and work with engineering managers to deliver complex technical solutions that enable robust, reliable analytics at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Product Measurement & Strategy

Collaborate with Product & Engineering leadership to define and execute the product monitoring strategy across the ecosystem.
Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place to measure product performance, user behavior, and other key metrics.
Regularly communicate findings, trends, and progress against KPIs to leadership for alignment and informed decision-making.

Insights & Influence

Provide thought leadership to cultivate a data-first mindset and continuous learning from analytics.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights: independently and with DSEs embedded in product teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with DSEs and analysts to analyze metrics and behavior trends that inform strategy, improve CX, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance product features.
Work closely with Engineering and Product to integrate analytics tools and systems into the development lifecycle; ensure seamless data collection and reporting.

Job Requirements

5+ years in product analytics, owning end-to-end analytics pipelines and tooling (e.g., Datadog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Technical depth to define and implement complex analytics solutions that enable data-driven product development.
Experience designing and mapping processes and identifying efficiency opportunities—ideally within financial services.
Fintech experience is a plus.
Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to assess, decide, and implement quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment.
2+ years directly managing high-performing analytics teams (preferred).
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience with web and mobile development technologies.
Languages: English – Advanced.
