Position

Kueski is seeking a Procurement Specialist to optimize vendor selection by ensuring fair pricing, high quality, inventory control, and efficient lead times. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify cost reduction opportunities while building strong supplier relationships.

As a key leader within the procurement process, you will drive best practices across business areas, negotiate favorable terms with vendors, and oversee the Procurement module in Dynamics to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Execution & Strategy

  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality.

  • Identify, evaluate, and select the supplier base in coordination with business areas, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with the support of other business areas, securing reasonable pricing, best quality, and delivery goals.

  • Analyze procurement data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies that may impact procurement processes.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices.

  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that arise.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with FP&A and the Capital Markets Senior Director to determine optimal payment methods and schedules for suppliers.

  • Act as liaison between Finance and IT to execute purchases and sales of software/hardware.

  • Coordinate with business areas to manage purchase orders, delivery, inventory control, and payments in Microsoft Dynamics.

Policy, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

  • Update Kueski’s Spending and Purchasing Policy as needed.

  • Coordinate purchases and renewals of insurance policies for all Kueski entities.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Fintech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
