What you get to do everyday: Contribute to the Product Management team to achieve established goals and departmental objectivesOwn the roadmap and release planning for a portfolio of productsFind solutions for capturing client requirements and transforming them into product implementationsParticipate in the software development lifecycleMonitor and analyze competitor products, identifies competitive and alternative product enhancement offerings and develops a strategy for new payment service offerings/payment types with planned execution in 1-3 years.Develop, manage, and measure product launch processes and communication for effectiveness, speed, and client satisfaction.Contribute to an environment that emphasizes trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effortImprove the deliverability of our solutions through process improvements and automationWorks with marketing and sales to provide specific guidance on competitive advantages and market growth strategies in both payment and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutionsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine how successful the product is performing in the market, how it impacts KUBRA operations and NPS scores, and ultimately, how it contributes to revenue goals.
