Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development team, with a focus on identifying new opportunities to expand Kronos Research’s global presence, shaping our international strategy, and managing key strategic partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of our market making services while contributing to the long-term vision and execution of the firm's business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep, up to date understanding of the crypto industry, emerging technologies, key players, and business trends
  • Source and identify the correct set of partners and engage and establish the partnerships to support our goals and business strategy
  • Build, maintain and evolve strong relationships with top partners and clients all over the world.
  • Drive collaboration with partner and internal teams to complete implementation of projects; Work closely with Kronos trading teams to address client requirements and ensure successful implementation and continued use

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in business development preferably in crypto/financial services/technology/strategic consulting/venture capital industries
  • Proven experience in crypto business development
  • Solid understanding of crypto trading, market making dynamics, liquidity provision, and exchange operations highly preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently to drive projects forward
  • Ability to positively approach new challenges and opportunities, using creative thought processes to solve problems
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Global experience highly desired
