Act as the primary finance partner for key business teams, guiding strategy with insights.
Monitor and analyse performance, KPIs, revenue/cost drivers, trends.
Lead monthly performance reviews; explain variances, risks, opportunities.
Contribute to monthly close by analysing results and ensuring accurate reporting.
Own or support forecasting and budgeting; build driver-based models.
Enhance financial reporting with dashboards and scalable planning tools.

🎯 Requirements

6–10 years in Strategic Finance, T&S, IB, or M&A with strong analysis.
Global/international experience across regions and time zones.
Financial modeling and forecasting expertise; budgeting and planning.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; complex models and data manipulation.
Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Anaplan; SQL or Python for data analysis.
Data analytics and visualization; translate data into insights.
