📋 Description

  • Own external customer communications during changes and incidents.
  • Lead crisis communications to mitigate churn.
  • Manage product updates, feature releases, and sunsetting.

  • Align Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Define KPIs and report performance to leadership.
  • Industry knowledge of commodities markets is desirable.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • 3+ years in Customer Communications, Product Marketing, or PR.
  • Crisis communications experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency with at least two platforms: HubSpot, Customer.io, Intercom.
  • Data literacy with CRM data (Salesforce) and analytics.
