📋 Description

  • Own full new business sales cycle: generate leads, qualify pipeline, close new logos.
  • Drive outbound prospecting to create brand-new opportunities; 60% of pipeline from outbound.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to speed deals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of early-stage accounts with prompt follow-up to hit targets.
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Product, and Market Analysts to influence roadmap and wins.
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline forecasts for monthly and annual reporting.
  • Consistently close new business, negotiate effectively.
  • Improve our new business sales processes and go-to-market strategy to scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • French language fluency (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years in a New Business Sales role selling SaaS/tech/data solutions.
  • Experience qualifying brand-new opportunities; MEDDPICC familiarity.
  • Maritime industry experience a plus.
  • Hunter mentality with track record of hitting targets.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Collaborative team player focused on long-term value.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong customer service with great listening and communication.
  • Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable solutions.
