- Maritime industry experience a plus.
- Hunter mentality with track record of hitting targets.
- Thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
- Collaborative team player focused on long-term value.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong customer service with great listening and communication.
- Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable solutions.
