🎯 Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (Ireland/UK/common law) with 3–6 PQE.
- Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate governance.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and Irish company law.
- Experience in regulated entities (insurance, fintech, insurtech).
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
