📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Italian/EMEA tech landscape and talent competition.
  • Ownership of core TA programs or process improvements.
  • Advanced sourcing and candidate engagement beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to challenge ideas and influence others.
  • Collaborative with HRBPs, Finance, and internal stakeholders.
