📋 Description

  • Leverage data and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay) to deliver high-quality leads.
  • Build and optimize systems that generate net-new opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
  • Apply AI to design and improve GTM workflows, outbound sequences, routing, outreach.
  • Act as GTM co-pilot; identify friction points and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor lead management and outbound processes; advise on routing and velocity.
  • Lead the global top-of-funnel cadence; ensure lifecycle visibility across SDR/Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clay, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo
  • Proficient with Google G-Suite tools
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, data-driven mindset
  • Strong customer service mindset; able to work independently in fast-paced env
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience
