🎯 Requirements

3+ years in influencer marketing, KOL management, PR, or community ops
Advanced English; native in Polish/Bulgarian/Czech/Hungarian
Solid understanding of regional crypto social landscape: key voices and platforms
Strong editorial judgment to evaluate KOLs by content depth and trust
Comfortable in research/strategy phase; build structured databases
Self-directed, organized; able to work across time zones
