What you’ll do:

  • Design and refine multi step AI prompt chains that generate structured, high quality educational content.

  • Orchestrate and debug multi step AI flows, managing the technical tooling that connects models, steps, and data.

  • Build and maintain automated AI workflows using platforms such as n8n or similar systems.

  • Create reusable prompt templates and parameterised frameworks that support a wide range of content types.

  • Prototype new AI driven approaches for content enhancement, assessment generation, and workflow improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong academic background in a reasoning-intensive field such as philosophy (formal logic), computational linguistics, natural language processing, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a closely related discipline, providing the depth needed to think rigorously about complex systems.

  • Exceptional logical reasoning applied to the design and refinement of multi-step prompt chains and AI workflows.

  • Curiosity about how language models behave and a willingness to explore new methods to improve outcomes.

  • A methodical approach to debugging complex technical issues and an eagerness to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.

  • An analytical mindset that focuses on measurable improvement and communicates insights clearly to diverse teams.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively to iterate on workflows and improve AI-driven systems.
