Advance software practices with CI/CD automation, testing, and deployment reliability
Reduce custom development by building configuration-driven, reusable frameworks
Partner with engineering leadership to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
Mentor engineers to raise standards, code quality, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver maintainable, extensible solutions

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong OO programming fundamentals with Java or C#
Experience with relational and non-relational stores, incl. SQL Server & Redis
Hands-on experience running large-scale apps in AWS and/or Azure
Strong CI/CD, automation, and modern development workflows
