Job Summary

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen eye for user experience. In this role, you will help shape the future of Koddi’s front-end architecture, contribute to our design system, and build scalable, performant applications that bring our products to life.
What You'll Do
- Build, optimize, and maintain user interfaces that deliver exceptional experiences across our platform.
- Contribute to and evolve Koddi’s front-end design system and component library to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and back-end teams to translate requirements into performant, maintainable code.
- Use modern front-end practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and code review to ensure reliability and high-quality releases.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance performance, usability, and developer experience.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building and maintaining complex front-end applications using React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful API integration.
- Deep understanding of single-page application architecture, state management, and front-end performance optimization.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library and with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with component-driven design, design systems, and front-end build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, and product teams.
- A continuous learner who is eager to explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- You have competence with logical and technical problem solving, and a proven ability to research and recommend the appropriate interactive technologies needed
- You’re people-oriented, friendly, and personable.
- You have the ability to learn quickly and continuously, and are comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- You are organized, manage your time well, and are committed to quality and thoroughness.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is ideal but not required.
