🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 3–5 years HR experience with employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- Preferred: HRBP/HR Generalist experience; multi-location; HRIS familiarity
