  • CRM systems expertise: Salesforce and Genesys.
  • Data-driven with CX metrics (AHT, FCR) and content metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Automation/AI experience; change management; cross-functional collaboration.
