📋 Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courses in the LMS
  • Create and update product docs, guides, job aids, and assessments
  • Build knowledge base articles for internal teams and self-service
  • Collaborate with Client Services on self-service strategy (Portal, KB, Q&A)
  • Keep learning content current with product release schedules
  • Manage content projects from planning to delivery with SMEs

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in learning content development or knowledge management
  • Hands-on LMS experience: Continu, Talent, Canvas, Docebo, Moodle
  • Knowledge management tools and best practices
  • Strong ability to learn and communicate complex software concepts
  • Excellent technical writing and content organization
