π― Requirements
- Retail management experience with a similar team/store size
- Lead a team to drive results and customer experience
- Experience recruiting and retaining high performers
- Plan and execute community events (in-store/out-of-store)
- Availability including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Must have legal work authorization in Canada
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Move freely through the store during shifts
