Klick Health is a healthcare marketing and commercialization firm that works across all media for audiences engaged in improving healthcare. These audiences include patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and more. If you’re worried that healthcare marketing is staid, worry no longer. We run campaigns that include top tier celebrities, influencers of all sizes, memes, humor, and of course medical facts and data. Our work drives the conversations that make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. We would love to find people who already are experienced in the influencer marketing world and are excited to tackle strategies within the pharmaceutical world. This is a pretty rarified field so don’t worry if you don’t have pharmaceutical experience. As long as you’re “eager to learn” we will train you on the pharmaceutical rules and regulations. All you need to bring is your people management skills, epic-level influencer strategy, curiosity, and knack for creating industry-leading influencer campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • All the standard marketing requirements (writing, creating presentations, analysis, etc.)
  • Creation of industry-leading social campaigns (this might be more challenging than you expect from pharma and healthcare)
  • Ability to think “pan-social” and identify opportunities in patient communities as well as media-driven plays
  • Ability to view a brand landscape and summarize what important activities are evident
  • Comfortable working with RFP teams and presenting to the client on an ad-hoc basis when a team “suddenly realizes” they need a social strategy voice at the table
  • Familiarity with all the “core” platforms vis-a-vis policy adherence and specifications tracking
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams with other specialists
  • Ability to get clients engaged and excited about social plans
  • A positive, engaged, management style that respects individuals while still aligning with the work at hand
  • Experience required:

  • Experience in the healthcare marketing environment, particularly on social platforms in various APAC markets
  • Experience working with influencers and celebrities within the healthcare space
  • Other aligned social media marketing skills such as ad managementcontent creation of any and all types (might be in your distant past, and that’s ok)
  • Work in regulated industries with legal oversight
  • Listening experience with Meltwater, Crimson Hexagon, or relevant to APAC markets (again, might be historical)
  • Proven experience managing projects across markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam and India
  • Ability to “manage up” and engage senior leaders on the team
