π― Requirements
- 15+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Ops for enterprise and PLG.
- Deep expertise in martech, CRM, and automation stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Leandata, 6Sense).
- Proven experience architecting lifecycle management for leads, accounts, and PQLs.
- Hands-on AI and automation experience; eager to explore new AI tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales (ABM, routing, SLA) and PLG concepts.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
