  • Own end-to-end lead, account, and PQL lifecycle including scoring and routing.
  • Design scalable funnel and handoff processes with Sales Ops and RevOps.
  • Own marketing automation platform and core integrations (Salesforce, web).
  • Embed AI and automation into scoring, routing, enrichment, forecasting.
  • Partner with Analytics/Data for attribution, reporting, experimentation.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing operations team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Ops for enterprise and PLG.
  • Deep expertise in martech, CRM, and automation stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Leandata, 6Sense).
  • Proven experience architecting lifecycle management for leads, accounts, and PQLs.
  • Hands-on AI and automation experience; eager to explore new AI tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales (ABM, routing, SLA) and PLG concepts.
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base pay range for US locations: $176,000–$264,000 USD.
