  • Hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing BDR team for Asia

  • 3+ years hiring and managing Inbound/Outbound SaaS SDR teams
  • Prior closing experience strongly preferred
  • Proven coaching track record to exceed pipeline and activity targets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • English fluency; APAC language skills a strong plus
