Job Summary
The Kiva Sales and Service Territory Manager’s main responsibility is to increase assortment, develop and close new qualified customers primarily in the San Diego region. The qualified salesperson must be extremely knowledgeable about the product lines, represent honesty, integrity and professionalism, while providing exceptional customer service.

Associate or Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 3 years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer and/or cannabis is strongly preferredDemonstrated commitment to excellence and competitive driveMust be highly organized and detail-orientedMust display excellent customer service skillsProficiency using Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeExperience using distribution ERP is a plusMust have experience handling high volume incoming calls, emails, text messagesExperience handling high volume sales is requiredMust display excellent communication skills, interpersonal, written, and verbalEnthusiasm for and prior work experience in the cannabis industry is a plusExperience working with well-recognized, premium brand company is strongly preferredExperience running a territory of 50-100 accounts with managing a portfolio of leading industry brands is strongly preferredMust be able to pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements Compensation Salary plus quarterly bonus.
