Your role at Kittl

We’re looking for a community-obsessed content creator to grow and engage Kittl’s Reddit and Facebook presence.

Your conversations and content will inspire creatives, show how Kittl helps them push boundaries with design and AI, and establish Kittl’s channels as the go-to community for creatives.

This is a 90-day freelance role (10–16 hours per week) with potential for long-term collaboration.

What you’ll do

Highlight Kittl’s value for designers by:

• Shaping r/Kittldesign: Post regularly, moderate discussions, and encourage user participation

• Building Kittl’s Facebook community: Share posts, updates, and resources that inspire conversations and showcase community work

• Driving community engagement: Start design discussions, answer questions, and keep conversations alive in relevant subreddits

What you’ll need

• Strong communication: Clear, engaging writing that fits Reddit and Facebook

• Design expertise: Understands creatives and creates content that resonates with them

• Reddit and Facebook savvy: Strong understanding of platform culture, key communities, and what sparks authentic engagement on each

• AI curiosity: Follows and contributes to conversations on AI in design

Interview process

• Portfolio review

• Recruiter interview (15 minutes)

• Practical assignment: Create one sample Reddit post and one sample Facebook post about a new Kittl feature, demonstrating your content style and community approach for each platform
