Plan with Production Manager to orchestrate timing, product line mix, and quantities.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years experience in food preparation in restaurant or hospitality.
Previous leadership experience.
3-5 years supervising a staff of 15+
Experience cooking with cannabis preferred.
Experience grooming team members for success.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
