📋 Description

  • Lead second shift production of Cresco Edibles, guiding the kitchen team.
  • Set weekly and monthly production schedules with the Kitchen Manager.
  • Maintain product quality and efficiency to meet production goals.
  • Oversee daily production with kitchen staff and commercial machinery.
  • Hire, train, and coach kitchen staff.
  • Provide end-of-shift reports on output, challenges, and equipment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • 2+ years’ experience in food or confectionary processing/manufacturing.
  • Experience in regulated environments; SOPs, GFSI, GMP, GDP knowledge.
  • Understand recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation.
  • Strong task-management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Word/Excel; Metrc/Canix a plus; ServSafe preferred.
