  • Lead and supervise kitchen production on the 2nd shift
  • Assist kitchen agents with daily production using commercial machinery
  • Supervise kitchen agents; provide coaching and development
  • Enforce SOPs, GMPs, GDPs and manufacturing formulas
  • Onboard and train new staff; monitor performance
  • Develop production plans and manage weekly inventory and materials

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years preferred in food or confectionery processing/manufacturing
  • Experience in onboarding, performance management and coaching staff
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP, GDP and manufacturing formulas
  • Able to train, mentor and develop kitchen staff
  • Able to operate production machinery and manage equipment
  • Must be 21 years or older to apply; must comply with industry regulations
  • No visa sponsorship; must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
