π― Requirements
- 2+ years preferred in food or confectionery processing/manufacturing
- Experience in onboarding, performance management and coaching staff
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP, GDP and manufacturing formulas
- Able to train, mentor and develop kitchen staff
- Able to operate production machinery and manage equipment
- Must be 21 years or older to apply; must comply with industry regulations
- No visa sponsorship; must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
