Kitchen Lead - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Actively participates in hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
• Supervises kitchen and packaging agents; provides training and development.
• Enforces GMP, SOPs, work instructions, and formulas.
• Maintains inventory levels and stock accuracy.
• Develops production plans to meet demand.
• Coordinates with Purchasing/Supply Chain for timely materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in food or confectionery manufacturing preferred.
• Experience training and mentoring staff.
• Understanding of production machinery and packaging.
• Knowledge of GMP, GFSI, and SOP adherence.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
