Kitchen Design & Developments Manager

📋 Description

• Manage kitchen design and build for the UK market: onboarding, design, PM, and MEP.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets and stakeholders.
• Manage assets: equipment selection, asset audits and BER/disposals.
• Raise multiple POs per project; budget tracking and spending.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on active/ad-hoc projects and timelines.
• Oversight of documentation: Editions Site Guide, POs, Quotes, Kitchen Layouts, Equipment Documentation, HVAC plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive, dependable, and organised; F&B or PM experience.
• Ability to work at pace, prioritising tasks.
• Knowledge of Google G Suite and CAD layouts desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience planning, maintaining and reporting on budgets.
• Professional external vendor management experience.
