Report to Site Manager and site management team.
Maintain cleanliness during shift; regular deep cleaning of equipment.
Clean communal areas; maintain site health and safety standards.
Work with management to ensure a safe, clean site; participate in checks.
Assist with dispatching: run food to dispatch area, assist orders, communicate with riders.
Keep kitchen equipment clean and ready for use; pot wash.
