Coach and motivate kiosk staff to become more proactive and guest-focused
Develop creative ideas to increase traffic, visibility, and ticket conversion
Identify opportunities for visual merchandising, activation moments, and guest interaction

🎯 Requirements

Experience in guest service-based industries
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt
Fluent in English; clear communication via headset/radio
Comfortable in a high-energy loud environment with varying temperatures
Ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system
At least two years of previous experience in a similar environment
