We are looking for a motivated Account Manager in the Asia-Pacific region who will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and generating additional revenue by working with customers on upselling, cross-selling, and retention. This is a post-sale, client-facing role, and the Account Manager is a quota-carrying contributor.
Account managers will work with a dedicated group of clients (known as their book of business) for the entirety of the client's time at Kinsta to help achieve the client’s goals and represent Kinsta in non-technical support customer interactions. Account managers are also tasked with retaining the client’s business and growing these accounts through upsells and cross-sells.
An ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and has a knack for building relationships. Also, someone who is tech-savvy, process-driven, and loves the thrill of seeking out additional revenue and closing deals!
