Operate kilns and supporting equipment per standard work and safety protocols.
Monitor kiln parameters (temp zones, atmosphere, pressure, cycles) and log data.
Inspect and lubricate kiln components (heating elements, seals, belts, rollers, sensors).
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration checks, part replacements, and tool prep.
Troubleshoot basic issues (alarms, uneven heating, jams) and escalate complex problems.
Maintain clean work area; document issues with maintenance tickets; follow safety incl. LOTO.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or operations
Ability to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in hot/noisy environments with PPE
