🎯 Requirements

• Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years as Loan Analyst/Processor or 2-3 years in mortgage lending.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel; Google Suite.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
