- Associate or Bachelorโs degree, or 3-5 years in document drawing/funding
- Self-starter with strong time management and willingness to learn
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open to feedback and able to follow a proven process
- Flexible and able to adapt to rapid changes in procedures and prioritization

- Base pay: $45k-$65k plus $5,500 bonus; remote role
