Construction Draw Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and approve renovation project draws (cost, timeline, progress).
• Disburse construction holdbacks per policy and loan docs.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and laws.
• Coordinate with borrowers, contractors, account managers, inspectors, brokers.
• Process draw disbursements in a timely, quality manner per procedures.
• Support a client-facing team for a great customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in client coordination, workflow, or docs review.
• Construction, funds control, or mortgage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential construction and mortgage terminology.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Salesforce or Oracle experience a plus; strong communication.
