We are hiring a Consultant in the US to focus on IP and strategy matters related to hardware technologies. You’ll work with clients navigating high-stakes disputes and strategic decisions, such as assessing whether a GPU used in an AI data centre application may infringe upon another company's chip design. These engagements require strong technical understanding and commercial insight.
Who we’re looking for:
We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, ideally with experience across hardware systems. This might include circuit design, semiconductor process technology, network architecture or systems engineering. Many of our matters focus on the lower levels of the technology stack, and your ability to speak fluently in that space will be essential.Candidates often bring a mix of:
