Build and manage a major gift portfolio ($25K+ annual gifts; $2M+ revenue).
Cultivate and steward donor relationships with on-site and virtual visits.
Serve as on-site contact for The Experience Lab in Franklin, TN for $10K+ donors.
Partner with KR and Experience Lab teams to drive revenue and align initiatives.
Lead cross-department projects and maintain open stakeholder communications.

🎯 Requirements

A bachelor's degree
5-7 years frontline fundraising with a track record closing $10K+ gifts
A passion for charity: water’s mission
Outstanding written and verbal communication; articulate and persuasive
Well-honed relationship-building skills and high EQ
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
