Key Relationships Experience Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee Salesforce governance, revenue ops, and data integrity
• Manage donor data, membership tracking, pledges, and renewals
• Run data upkeep, audits, and cross-platform reporting
• Support donor experiences: events, trips, lists, and gifts
• Improve Salesforce workflows and internal processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable high-touch donor programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1–2 years in operations/nonprofit or revenue operations
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred
• Strong data management and attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel, Google, and Apple/Microsoft products
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
