🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in retail and/or customer service.
  • Previous lead or senior role experience preferred.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Warm demeanor with a "get it done" approach.
  • Resourceful with strong customer issue resolution.
  • Canada work authorization; 18+; ability to lift 25 lbs; move through store.
