Manage swatch logistics: packing/unpacking, shipping to customers and overseas offices
Track development materials with Excel and internal systems to meet deadlines
Pull swatches from inventory before reviews; assist with room resets after meetings
Create product pitch decks for Key Accounts using Portfolio and PowerPoint
Keep swatch room organized, labeled, clean; conduct periodic audits
Other duties as assigned per training and qualifications

🎯 Requirements

Current or recent Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or related field
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); willing to learn Portfolio
Strong written and verbal communication with international teams
Positive, eager-to-learn attitude in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
